According to a new study by US mental healthcare provider LifeStance Health, almost 50% of Gen Z avoids dancing in public out of fear of going viral on social media.

The research links this behavior to the fear of becoming content for someone else’s engagement.

According to the study, that fear is ruining the nights out of nearly half of young adults.
